Delivery

Please allow 3-4 days for deliver. If you do not receive your product(s) after this timeframe please get in touch on 01353 649539 or email us at orders@naturagrow.co.uk stating your order number. If we are unable to fulfill the deliver because of stock levels or any unforeseen circumstances we will get in touch with you and arrange an alternative delivery day or provide you with a refund.

Returns and refunds

If you are not completely happy with any product(s) that you have ordered from us, you may return it to us in its original condition any time within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Please contact us on 01353 649539 or orders@naturagrow.co.uk to arrange a return. If you return a product(s) by post, you will need to pay the cost of returning the product(s) to us and obtain proof of posting. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
